A Grade

The picture presents the appearance standard for "A grade", which specifies the requirements for spots and scratches: Subtle spots are ≤2 or 3 in quantity.

Subtle scratches have a length (L) ≤3mm or 5mm, a width (W) ≤0.5mm, and a quantity ≤2 or 3. Tiny spots are ≤1 or 2 in quantity.

Tiny scratches have L ≤2mm or 3mm, W ≤0.5mm, and a quantity ≤2 or 3.

Meanwhile, Subtle flaws are allowed on sides, back & buttons, Tiny flaws are allowed at the charging port, and there is also an item marked "No".
AB Grade

Spots: The quantity of Tiny spots is ≤3 or ≤2; the quantity of Visible spots is ≤3.

Scratches: Tiny scratches have a length (L) ≤3mm, width (W) ≤0.5mm, and quantity ≤3; Visible scratches have various situations, such as L ≤5mm, W ≤0.7mm and quantity ≤4, or L ≤3mm, W ≤0.5mm and quantity ≤2, or L ≤2mm, W ≤0.5mm and quantity ≤3, or L ≤3mm, W ≤0.5mm and quantity ≤3.

Flaw positions: Visible flaws are allowed on the sides, back & buttons; Tiny flaws are allowed at the charging port; and Tiny flaws are also allowed on the sides, back & buttons.
B Grade

Combinations of spots and scratches: Visible spots ≤3 and Visible scratches with length ≤3mm, width ≤0.5mm, quantity ≤4; Obvious spots ≤3 and Obvious scratches with length ≤5mm, width ≤0.7mm, quantity ≤5; Visible spots ≤3 and Obvious scratches with length ≤3mm, width ≤0.5mm, quantity ≥1; Obvious spots ≤2 and Obvious scratches with length ≤2mm, width ≤0.5mm, quantity ≤4; Tiny spots ≤2 and Visible scratches with length ≤3mm, width ≤0.5mm, quantity ≤4; Visible spots ≤2 and Visible scratches with length ≤3mm, width ≤0.5mm, quantity ≤4.

Flaw locations: Obvious flaws are permitted on sides, back, and charging port; Visible flaws are permitted on buttons; Tiny flaws are permitted on buttons, rear camera, and charging port; Visible flaws are permitted on sides and back; Subtle flaws are permitted on the front.
C Grade

Spots: Obvious, quantity ≥3.

Scratches: Obvious, with no specific size restrictions (including scratches related to obvious dents).

Flaw locations: The charging port allows obvious scratches and flaws; other parts may have obvious flaws matching the above degree.

Functionality requirement: Core functions of the device (such as calling, screen touch, camera, charging, etc.) are intact and can be used normally.

Frame with minor dents, slight paint wear, or light oxidation.

Display in perfect working condition, may have visible scratches.

Battery health 80% or above.
AB Grade

iPads are supplied as mixed Grade A/B, with around 50% for each grade.
C Grade
-
Visible cosmetic wear, dents, or small dents on the back housing.

The display may have slight aging or heavy scratches.
